COVID-19 Delivery Information

• In response to COVID-19, all of our shipping carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of their staff and our customers.
• Please be assured that all our shipping carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

• Currently, there is no impact to our delivery services, however shipping times could become longer at some stage.

• Most shipping carriers are operating a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

• You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

• We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue to operate as normal.

Dispatch

• We endeavour to dispatch all orders by next working day, however we cannot guarantee this. 

Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail 48) - FREE on all orders

• Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
• You will receive tracking information upon dispatch of your order.

Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail 24) - £5.99

• Orders before 2pm for next day delivery, Monday-Friday. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipping on Monday. 
• Restrictions apply. Service not available on weekends or Bank Holidays.
• Delivery is only available to England, Wales and Scotland.
